Underground Water Tank - 3400 Litres (Potable)
This robust water storage tank, manufactured in virgin polyethylene plastic provides 3,400 litres (748 gallons approx) of capacity. Suitable for potable (drinking water) use. These underground water tanks are generally used to store rainwater, however they can also be used to store water pumped from other sources, for example, wells and springs.
The high-strength, ribbed design allows for environmentally friendly pea-gravel backfills and eliminates the need for any concrete to be used in most situations. Some installations may require further advice and an alternative installation method.
The tank features a large 600mm access which allows access for inspection and maintenance and for cther components like pumps and filters to be installed.
This below ground water storage tank is moulded using a rotational moulding process which produces a stress-free product. The Polymer used includes additives which make it resistant to harmful UV rays from the sun and with correct installation and general on-going care, these products have a long lifetime ahead of them with very little or no maintenance required. They are extremely robust and very resilient and are able to withstand the most extreme conditions from the elements.

Warranty
This tank carries a 15-year warranty against material failure when installed in conjunction with instructions from and with advice from a professional appointed structural engineer, where applicable.
Optional Extras
Lockable Lid
Lockable lids are available for this below ground tank. Lids are available with either a 200Kg (Pedestrian) or 600Kg (Vehicle) carrying capacity.
Telescopic Turret Extension
The optional telescopic neck and lid push fits into the neck of the tank and a rubber seal towards the bottom ensures a tight fit. The telescopic neck can be extended by up to 300mm and can be tilted in any direction by up to 5 degrees. The tank come with one generously sized 600mm diameter tank dome designed to take a range of filter and pump configurations.

Delivery
Free delivery to mainland UK locations is offered with this product. For Highlands and Islands, please contact us for a quote.
Please advise if access is limited as deliveries may be undertaken with a large articulated lorry and re-deliveries may incur an extra charge. The customer is responsible for off-loading the tank from the delivery vehicle.
Delivery is usually arranged within 3 working days of receiving an order. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the tank is handled correctly and in accordance with the advice in the installation manual.
